Super-sucker services (Vacuum trucks)

Our vacuum trucks are designed for use on the following materials, sand, ash, coal dust. Water oil, sludge, food products, sewage and tar. We can take solids of below 1mm up to 150mm from any environment such as acid thickeners, floors or roads, plant dams, trenches and drains, ash hoppers, compartments, bucket elevators and precipitates
High pressure jet & abrasive cleaning
Our high- pressure JET cleaner uses clean water with no chemicals. Water is fed by a high-pressure pump that is electric or diesel driven to create pressure from 100bars
All our high-pressure jet cleaners are designed with adjustments to suit every environment without damage to the integrity of the equipment being cleaned. Our dry jet abrasive cleaner uses the same philosophy as the wet jet except that in this type abrasive permissive silicone grit sand is used for cleaning.
We do industrial cleaning of buildings, floors, pipe work, plate work, screens, chutes, roofs, tanks, structures, monuments and walkways. For reconditioning, replicas on flow accelerated corrosion, NDT preparations and painting/ coating.
A uniquely designed nozzle is used for every unique equipment and purpose and specific condition. Examples are clay, concrete, bricks, PVC, cast iron, sewage and all.

Dry Ice Cleaning
Dry ice is a high pressure cleaning method, which works very similar to high-pressure jet cleaning. Instead of water, dry ice pallets are used. Using this method enables zero water wastage; at contact the ice disappears and breaks down into an unharmful gas.
The uses of dry ice cleaning are endless. Any surface or object can be cleaned. The best uses are substations, bus bars, motors and electronic equipment. 90% of the cleaning can be done while equipment is in process, because it is not electrically conductive
and it is environmental friendly.
Storage Plant Cleaning and Rehabilitation
All storage plants are cleaned and upgraded (vacuum cleaning and high pressure cleaning of digestar, setling ponds and pipes are done). Mmakgoge can dry solids and reuse water in plants.
Qualified trainers can be hired for start-up and plant operation. Replacement pumps available while broken pumps are repaired.
